REHABVERVE provides:

• Professional Directory: Search for healthcare providers (physiotherapists, occupational therapists, etc.).
• Center Directory: Discover rehabilitation facilities.
• Marketplace: Purchase medical equipment from verified suppliers.
• AI Assistant: Analyze medical documents (not a substitute for professional diagnosis).
• Tools: Access assessment resources.

Disclaimer: REHABVERVE is a connector, not a healthcare provider. We do not endorse users or guarantee outcomes.

3. User Accounts

Registration:

• Provide accurate information during signup.
• You are responsible for account security and activities.
• Immediate notification required for unauthorized access.

Eligibility:

• Must be 18+ or have parental consent.
• Professionals/Suppliers/Centers must verify credentials.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Platform legally and ethically.
• Not upload harmful content (malware, illegal material).
• Not reverse-engineer or disrupt Platform functionality.
• Comply with all applicable healthcare regulations.

5. Professional/Supplier/Center Registration

• Verification: Submit valid licenses/certifications.
• Accuracy: Maintain up-to-date profiles.
• Content Ownership: You retain rights to uploaded content but grant REHABVERVE a license to display it.
• AI-Generated Content: Output from the AI Assistant is for informational purposes only. Validate results with a qualified professional.

6. Intellectual Property

• Platform Content: Logos, text, and software are owned by REHABVERVE. No commercial use without permission.
• User Content: You own what you upload but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for Platform operations.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect:

• Account registration details
• Usage data (searches, interactions)
• AI Assistant uploads (processed securely)

8. Disclaimers

• No Medical Advice: AI analysis, tools, and marketplace products are informational only. Not a substitute for professional care.
• Third-Party Services: We are not liable for interactions with professionals/suppliers or external websites.
• Platform Availability: Service provided "as is." We disclaim warranties of accuracy or uptime.

9. Limitations of Liability

REHABVERVE is not liable for:

• Damages from Platform use/misuse.
• User conduct (e.g., professional malpractice).
• AI Assistant inaccuracies.
• Marketplace product effectiveness.

10. Fees and Payments

• Premium Features: Fees apply for enhanced services (e.g., promoted listings).
• Marketplace: Some labelled sales are between buyers/suppliers and others are generally facilitated by rehabverve marketplace. We facilitate transactions but are not a party to agreements.

11. Termination

We may suspend/terminate accounts for:

• Breach of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity.
• Inactive accounts (>24 months).

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Nigerian law. Disputes will be resolved in courts in Lagos, Nigeria.
